Let’s Get to Work
Quick Look Planning – We like to keep things simple and efficient as possible. When working with us, maybe you want to look at a parcel and don’t have access to a survey and only have a property address. We can start with that address and download GIS information and start building the design. Sometimes you may just need to see if a prototypical concept works before investing a lot of time and effort.
Detailed Site Planning – Once we finish the Quick Look Planning stage and have a workable concept, we can start researching zoning requirements to study setbacks/buffers, and parking requirements for intended use. This research can be detailed and we can even use the tenant’s own REC questionnaire. By this time, you may have obtained an existing survey with boundary information which we can re-build in CAD if a PDF version is only available. This is when we can really tighten up the design. During the Detailed Site Planning Phase we can create Aerial Overlays, Color Site/landscape plans, Competition maps and truck movement simulation plans using the tenant’s desired delivery truck.
3D Architectural Renderings – Our 3D renderings are a great way to visualize the proposed project. Our models can even be merged with street photography to visualize how the proposed building would look with the surrounding area. We can start with a few photos of a style that you want or start with a prototypical tenant concept. Sometimes you may have to make a few minor architectural enhancements to a prototype to satisfy a local governing agency requirement. Our developed process is streamlined and efficient.
